According to the Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Law, we must verify the data of the beneficiaries of our real customers (the companies we contract with).
Who are the material beneficiaries?

Actual beneficiaries are individuals who directly or indirectly control the company (whether this control is due to their status as partners/owners of the company or through formal or informal arrangements between partners or third parties).

In the case of a client that is a legal entity (e.g., a limited liability company, joint-stock company, limited partnership, etc.), the beneficial owner is the person holding min. 25% of the voting rights in the company's bodies, including through agreements with other voting rights holders. This also applies to indirect powers through control of legal entities (e.g., a parent company) holding min. 25% of the voting power in the company's bodies. If there are no persons who meet the above criteria, or they cannot be determined, the real beneficiaries are the persons holding the highest positions in the company.
