A one-person mobile business requires notification to the Social Security Administration. All employees and the owner must be reported. This is the case, for example, in a limited liability company, when the operation of the mobile business has been delegated by the owner to employees and he himself does not provide work. The legislature has given seven days from the establishment of the company to report to the Social Security Administration.
