What is the headquarters of a limited liability company?

The registered office of a limited liability company is the place where it conducts its business in a legal sense. Determination of the registered office is necessary when registering the company, that is, it must appear in the National Court Register and be mentioned in the Articles of Association.

At registration of a company in Warsaw, Krakow, Olsztyn or any other city or town, the registered office must be indicated. The transfer of the company's seat must be notified each time.
